Nicaragua is one of the friendliest countries to visit in Central America. Due to its turbulent history it is also one of the least visited which only serves to preserve its authenticity and adds to its fascination and charm. The Nicaraguans are exceptionally proud of their country with its colourful Spanish colonial cities, string of towering active volcanoes, striking crater lakes and pristine deserted beaches. A trip here is both unique and rewarding. Contact us now for more information on Nicaragua Travel and Tours.
The best time to visit Nicaragua is in the dry season which runs from November through to May, though please bear in mind temperatures tend to become extremely hot in April and May.
The wettest months are between June and the end of October when the rain makes it more difficult to travel on the many unpaved roads throughout the country.
After years of political instability Nicaragua has emerged to become one of the friendliest and most welcoming countries in Central America.
